We landed in Boston, and after doing some laundry and lunch, we went to learn a little bit of history!
We learned about the challenges that people in Boston were facing under British rule, and got to throw chests of Tea into the Boston Harbor, just like it happened during the Boston Tea Party.
After this, we walked over to Fenway Park. The whole community around Fenway was alive with people! We saw batting practice for a little while, but we didn’t get any balls. We also saw the red seat, which is where a very far home run hit someone in the head!
The game was fun. The Rockies played really well and ended up beating the Red Sox. The game was delayed in the 10th inning because it started raining heavily. Luckily we already had headed back to our hotel so we didn’t get wet.
